Once there was only love
and no pain could ever
touch a human heart

the moment however
someone broke
another persons heart
pain went on
from heart to heart
from lover to lover

it spread like
a disease
pain grew stronger
while love became weak
nothing more than
a word used in vain

the human heart
was no longer protected
then pain found its way
to our very souls

deep in the soul
pain was able to destroy
the one thing meaningful
the unconditional love
that turns us into
true humans

This story
has no ending
not yet …

let love grow strong
so that it not only
can mend a broken heart
but also can heal our souls

maybe then there is a way
to end this story like a fairytale

and they all lived
happily ever after…
